HSL filter unit consist of three components bolted together:
The top-section consists of an acoustic hood with a radial fan. An inspection door allows at any time an easy access to the fan for maintenance and check-ups. The cleaned air is either recirculated or discharged to the atmosphere.
The center-section is subdivided into a clean air space and a raw gas space by a specially developed slotted plate. The clean gas space accomodates the complete cleaning system with the compressed air-tank, the quick opening and safety valve as well as the blow pipes. In the raw gas space our HERDING sinter plate filter are installed, granting clean gas value of <1mg/Nm2.
The bottom-section consists of a support structure, customized and equipped with various discharge devices.
