ALPHA-filter is a high temperature resistant filter, basically made of clay and glass, designed for temperature ranges up to 450°C and has excellent chemical resistance, especially at higher temperatures. The cylindrically shaped matrix elements are coated on the outside with an inorganic layer in order to guarantee a surface filtration with a long lifetime at low pressure losses when separating finest dusts.
ALPHA filter elements (clusters) are horizontally installed into the filter unit. This results into a compact and space-saving design and makes mounting extremely efficient.
The filter elements, set up in clusters, are cyclically cleaned on-line by the jet-pulse-cleaning system.
